The Cape Fear Chapter had the privilege of presenting MOAA leadership awards to the following senior ROTC cadets in recognition of finishing at the top of their class in demonstrated leadership skills during the school year 2015-2016. Awards consisted of the MOAA medal and certificate, plus a $100 stipend courtesy of the Cape Fear Chapter.
