A great meeting in a favorite venue ... well attended, exciting and very productive.

The 2013 Robert F. DeMeter award was presented to Bill Dadek for seven years of sustained outstanding service to the chapter as 3rd Vice President for ROTC Affairs and Chairman of the ROTC Scholarship Committee, a long overdue award for a very deserving member.

Miss Rachel Medley, Founder and Executive Director of the Old Glory Legacy Foundation gave an inspiring presentation about her non-profit enterprise in support of military families.

Chapter members were encouraged to bring prospective members as guests with a special offer of a first year free chapter membership and a free lunch. The offer produced four new members: Mark Hayden, Steven Sosa, Jane Fisher and Lester Beery.
